Tip to save both of us a hassle: Live Support is ONLY to answer questions about ordering or questions connected to the site. It is not to receive free readings or advice. I used to give free time in chat, free love forum readings, and free email mini-readings (to those asking me questions), but due to people draining me unruthlessly, taking as much as they could get for free, and rarely a thank you or a word of appreciation, I have had to become more firm, especially since my health has been suffering. To those who I have helped and who have said Thank you...I appreciate you.
Another helpful tip: Please do not add me to your friend or buddy list--I will deny or block all such requests. I deal with numerous individuals every day and I do not have time to discuss the weather or deal with come ons. Please only use this support if you are legitimately looking to work with me or if you have questions or comments about this site.

Through Night's Fire Astrology uses Clickbank and Paypal as credit card and electronic check servers. I also accept all personal and business checks, money orders, and international bank drafts.
Hint: The Paypal shopping cart can be used at all of my sites...you can go from site to site and place orders in the cart and simply pay all at once. I hope you will find this convenient!

This site is ran entirely by me, Dena L Moore. I do all of the readings available on all of my sites offering services, including Voices From Venus, Through Night's Fire Astrology, and Beneath The Hawthorn.
Dedicated to helping you find the answers you seek, I treat all of my clients with respect and integrity. I do not sugar-coat the truth, so of course I do occasionally run across irate clients. It doesn't bother me in the least...I must follow my spiritual path, part of which includes helping others. I can't help you if you are only looking for answers you want to hear. I do not offer refunds on my readings because of this difficult situation. To cancel before I do the work, view my cancellation policy. If you want guidance, you've come to the right place. If you want fantasy answers, then you have not. Believe me, there are plenty of other sites/people out there willing to tell you what you want to hear for a buck. I am dedicated to providing the information needed to understand, heal, and evolve spiritually...these answers can be painful at times!
Because I offer such personalized service and I usually have a full client load, I do not make guarantees such as delivery within 24 hours, etc. I schedule all of my readings in as they come in and treat everyone with the highest quality service possible. This, of course, takes time and energy as I do answer all email myself and I do answer questions about all of my readings! I have clients who preschedule one, two, or even three months in advance, so certain dates are already full in my calendar; therefore, it is impossible for me to promise an availability on the day you purchase a reading. This is a general breakdown of my turn-around time for the various types of readings:
Tarot Readings:
Usually scheduled within one week, often within 48 hours
Oracle Readings:
Usually scheduled within one week, often within 48 hours
Chat~immediately if you catch me during an available time
Email consulting: Ongoing
Karmic readings: 2-6 weeks, the average wait time is 3 weeks
Although I receive few cancellations, my policy is as follows:
If you decide you'd like to cancel, for whatever reason, and you email me at least 3 days before your scheduled reading (with 24 hours for Tarot/Oracles), I will be understanding and refund your purchase either via a personal check or Paypal. No hard feelings will be had and I will welcome you as a client in the future. If you are a Clickbank customer, I will not refund the payment until I receive payment from Clickbank, which is generally 4-6 weeks from the date you've placed your order. Or, you can write me and let me know you are cancelling and then proceed to call or write Clickbank themselves for a refund.
If you decide you'd like to cancel and you decide NOT to email me, but instead call or write one of my credit card servers (Paypal or Clickbank) without contacting me first, I will no longer accept you as a client at any of my sites nor will I accept physical purchase orders placed at Beneath The Hawthorn or Venus Illuminated. Why? Because if you cannot treat me with respect and courtesy, I simply want nothing to do with you. Period. If this seems harsh, well I am sorry but that's how life goes. I treat all of my clients with courtesy and respect and I expect the same, it is as simple as that.
Phone and Address Information
My phone number and address are not listed on ANY of my sites for one simple reason: this is the internet and I prefer that the entire world not have readily available access to me or my family. If you need to contact me outside of email, then write and ask for my address or phone number. As I am not a corporation and I use my personal address and phone number for business, this is my attempt to try and keep some semblance of normalcy at home for my children. As my cell phone number appears in my newsletters, it is relatively easy to find this information and just call away...usually my voice mail will pick up the cell phone calls. Please be aware that if you do call me regarding astrology, ritual guidance, tarot/oracles, or spellwork via phone without prior approval and an arranged time, my "Emergency" fee for consulting is $200.00 per hour--even if the initial call lasts only 5 minutes the charge is $200.00. For my regular hourly fees, please contact me via email to set up an appointment. I only consult via telephone or chat with previous clients. If you are not a previous client and you call, I will ask you to purchase a written reading first. If we are on the phone more than 3 minutes, you will incur the $200.00 per hour rate. I don't have a secretary or a customer service line--I am only 1 person. My work needs quiet and focus and this is why I do not encourage the phone ringing. Interruptions can set me back hours. Calls about physical products at Beneath The Hawthorn and Venus Illuminated are not encouraged, but if you have questions and you can't email me for some reason, please call the cell phone number in my newsletters and leave a voice mail message with your phone number and email address. I will call back as soon as I can or send you an email.
